QC/Technical Support
   With 5 experienced and talented QC engineers and about 45 QC staff, TEKING QC department includes five parts:
       Incoming Materials Inspection(IQC)
       Production In-Process Inpection(LQC, IPQC, FQC)
       Design Inspection(QE)
       Reliability Test
       Final Inspection(OQC, QA)

Materials/Components
   TEKING mainly purchases raw materials from Japan, U.S., Germany,Korea and Taiwan area

   TEKING executes scientific quality control procedures strictly according to ISO 9001:2000.
   TEKING adopts strict project management mode on product design. Each stage of development design must past strict examination and evaluation to ensure perfect effect.

   TEKING also introduces advanced SPC (Statistics Process Control) method into production process. Besides, TEKING owns perfect correction and prevention control procedures to ensure perfect product quality.

Other Information
   TEKING aims to follow the international popular 6 Sigma QC methods and optimize its QC procedures. Meanwhile TEKING has started to perform TQM (Total Quality Management) in the whole company.
